At Pruvika, we take pride in the quality of our skincare and botanical products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
1. General Return Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we generally do not accept returns on opened or used items. Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit, minus shipping costs.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately.
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
- We will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost to you, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Allergic Reactions
While our products are formulated with natural ingredients, individual sensitivities can occur. We highly recommend reviewing the ingredient list on the product page before purchasing and performing a patch test before full application. We do not offer refunds for allergic reactions.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return for an eligible item:
- Email our support team at support@pruvika.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions if approved.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
