1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high volume periods (such as holidays or major sales), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer shipping across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the items and your delivery location.

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days depending on location.
• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days available for select metro areas.
• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over ₹999.

3. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within India. We are working hard to expand our delivery network globally soon. Join our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@pruvika.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
